We at Prashanti strive to give our customers the best in class service and therefore have an easy cancellation and return policy.
Cancellation is considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However ,cancellation will not be entertained if the product has already been shipped.

• No cash refunds. Refund will be issued in the form of a Gift card which can be used at www.prashantisarees.in for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Rs. 100 will be deducted for Return Pick up fees( Only for domestic orders).
